First Job Blues..!!
    Everyone gets nervous in their lives and have their share of happy or sad moments.You are exceptionally happy when you become a father/mother or whatever, or when  its your birthday etc.For me many occasions like these came by but i was not really happy.Happiness for me was as simple and what everybody who are close to me know was a god damn "JOB".
  Yup finally on 3rd July 2013 i finally got the confirmation call from a company who had finalized me.Its a company which makes mobile applications and much more.I was hired as a Software Tester.Now i am sorry i cant share the name of my company for some reason which even the HR didn't know but had directed me to keep it confidential.!
  Now that was the happiest moment ever in my life and its quite obvious that people might think it as really lame to be so proud of something like that because i was only hired as an intern and the stipend was a joke,but why cant this be seen as something which i got after months of agony and rejections so its definitely worth for me.I mean who cares about the salary at least i can say I got a job bitches..!!!
  So the first day of my joining was July 5th.I was neither nervous,nor overly excited or anything, i was just normal.I woke up early got dressed n all and was off. I was rather relieved.I caught an Auto Rickshaw just to reach on the mentioned time of 9:30 am sharp.I reached the office and the reception was empty.
  Some guy was sitting at the reception and i told him that its my joining day where should i go, and he told me to wait in the meeting room besides me.I sat in the meeting room and waited for the HR to arrive.Finally he came and told me to follow him inside the main working area.He punched in his thumb in the biometric system and after a beep it said "Thank You" and the door unlocked.
  Inside he gave us  a short induction bull**t which i was least interested in.For almost 20-30 min he talked about company policies and stuff , while i was eager to getting started.Finally he lead us to our place where we will sit.The admin guy came and setup my machine.Then after sometime the HR came and told me that my email for official use has been created and i can login and get started.
 There i was sitting looking at the proceedings.The other employees mostly consisted of only the developers.Then the HR called me and introduced me to a man who was going to be my Project Lead cum Reporting Manager cum Test Manager(thats what i initially thought he is).Well it turned out that he was not really the Test Manager but was a Senior Developer.I kept wondering as to why is a Senior Developer a manager for a Tester ?, then i thought who cares lets just get started.
 There was another guy who had joined in with me and he was a developer.While he met his manager and got started with his training, i on the other hand waited for my manager to assign me some task or whatever.I waited and waited but he seemed busy and he didnt arrive.Soon it was lunch time and trust me its not really worth sharing with you it was boring.I wanted to work i said to myself.After lunch time i met with another guy who had joined in as a developer just a week back.Then there was a network guy who had also joined with him and this we 4 were hanging out together for lunch everyday.Meanwhile days passed on but i still waited for the manager to actually assign me some god damn task but he simply wont care to ask for me.Finally i decided to walk up to him and ask him myself.He looked at me and told me "Ohh yup why dont you just sit i will call you as i am busy right now" i said ok and went back to my place.Then i thought hey wait a minute?..what the hell man i just managed to talk with him while he was busy into something but he just told me to wait ?. Well fine then wait is what you want me to do then i will wait .But i was getting bored and that really scared me.First job in my life and i was starting to get bored already ?After lunch i used to feel so sleepy and again you just dont sleep at office and that too when its your first job.
 One fine day my Boss called me up i quickly went up to him and he told me to have a seat .He then introduced me to a senior Tester and told me that he will give me all the details of the Project that they i would now be a member.I was told that i would be doing roll outs for the most important and prime application of the company.That was what i was waiting for from so long.Then that senior guy just gave me a briefing about the entire application.I didn't understand anything at all that is because i needed to understand the sales business process for mobile companies as that is what the application was all about.The senior guy took me with him for a roll out session with him at some place in Mumbai .I was thrilled to hear that, we immediately left after lunch at the venue.It was a major telecom companies office.As we reached the reception we told the security to call the guy who was supposed to receive us.The man came out and took us to the huge swanky conference room which was filled with about 30  people.There he trained them about how to use the application and they were asking him some weird queries and i was just looking at them and trying my best to understand.I loved the cheese sandwich they served with tea.Then finally it was over and i was very excited about it all.So finally it started off and i hoped that some exciting events do happen and they really did happen..!!
